These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the GroupEtiq website and the purchase of products and services offered through it.
By placing an order, making a payment or otherwise purchasing a product or service through the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Services
Products and services available through the website may include:
— online courses and educational programmes;
— digital educational materials;
— electronic books and publications;
— printed books and publications;
— corporate training programmes;
— workshops and seminars;
— advisory and consulting services;
— other educational or professional products and services described on the website.
The characteristics, format, price, delivery method and, where applicable, access period for each product or service are specified on the relevant product or programme page.
3. Orders
An order is considered submitted when the customer completes the required ordering process on the website.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to process the order and deliver the purchased product or service.
GroupEtiq reserves the right to contact the customer where additional information is reasonably required to process an order.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the relevant product or service page and at checkout.
The final amount payable and applicable currency will be displayed before payment is confirmed.
Where currency conversion is performed by the customer's bank or payment provider, the applicable exchange rate and any related fees are determined by that institution.
5. Payment
Online payments may be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Card payments are processed through the payment infrastructure of
maib (BC “MAIB” S.A.) and the relevant payment systems.
GroupEtiq does not receive or store the customer's complete bank card details when payment is processed through the payment provider.
Payment is considered completed once the transaction has been successfully authorised.
6. Digital Products
Digital products may include electronic books, downloadable materials, templates, checklists, recordings or other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, digital products are provided electronically to the e-mail address specified by the customer within 24 hours after successful payment.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address and for ensuring that their device and software are capable of accessing the relevant digital format.
Digital materials are supplied for the customer's personal or authorised professional use only.
7. Online Courses
Access to online courses is provided through the GroupEtiq Members Area on Tilda LMS. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course page, access is provided within 24 hours after successful payment using the e-mail address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
The programme, format, duration and applicable access period are specified on the relevant course page. Login credentials and course materials are intended for the registered user only and may not be transferred, resold, published or shared with third parties unless expressly authorised by GroupEtiq.
8. Printed Books
Where printed books are available for international purchase, available delivery destinations, delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by postal operators, couriers, customs procedures and circumstances outside GroupEtiq's reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed in the destination country are borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
9. Corporate Training and Advisory Services
Corporate training, executive development and advisory services are normally provided on the basis of an individual proposal, programme description, invoice and/or separate agreement.
The scope, dates, location, participant numbers, fees, cancellation terms and other project-specific conditions may therefore be agreed separately with the corporate client.
Where such separate terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the separately agreed terms apply to the relevant engagement.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all materials available through GroupEtiq, including course materials, books, texts, presentations, templates, checklists, graphics, methodologies, videos and other educational content, are protected by intellectual property law.
Purchase of a product or service does not transfer intellectual property rights to the customer.
Without prior written permission from GroupEtiq, materials may not be:
— reproduced for commercial purposes;
— resold or sublicensed;
— published online;
— distributed to third parties;
— uploaded to shared repositories;
— used to create competing educational products;
— materially reproduced in training delivered to third parties.
Reasonable personal and internal professional use remains permitted within the scope of the product purchased.
11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the
Payment & Refund Policy available on the website and by any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
Where a refund is approved for an order paid by bank card, the refund will be made to the same payment card used for the original transaction.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider and the customer's issuing bank.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. Website Availability
GroupEtiq aims to maintain continuous access to its website and digital services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, hosting services, third-party platforms or circumstances beyond GroupEtiq's reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
Educational materials and training provided by GroupEtiq are intended for professional development and informational purposes.
Results may vary depending on the customer's circumstances, implementation and professional environment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GroupEtiq is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of educational materials or from decisions made solely on the basis of such materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Personal Data
GroupEtiq processes personal data necessary to process orders, provide purchased products and services, communicate with customers and fulfil applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the
Privacy Policy published on the website. The Privacy Policy provides further information about the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, applicable service providers and the customer's rights regarding personal data.
15. Changes to These Terms
GroupEtiq may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in products, services, payment methods, business processes or applicable law.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to that transaction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to a customer in another jurisdiction.
