1. Payments
Prices and available payment methods are displayed before checkout.
Online payments may be processed through maib and the payment methods made available through the checkout interface.
Depending on availability, accepted methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods supported by the payment provider.
The customer's bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion rates or fees where the transaction currency differs from the currency of the customer's account.
2. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, the customer will receive confirmation electronically or will be redirected to a payment confirmation page.
If payment has been charged but the customer does not receive access to the purchased digital product or confirmation of the order, the customer should contact:
admin@groupetiq.orgPlease include the name used for the order, the e-mail address and sufficient transaction information to identify the payment. Do not send complete bank-card details by e-mail.
3. Digital Products and E-books
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period provided by applicable law.
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase and is not supplied on a tangible medium, access may begin only in accordance with the applicable rules concerning immediate performance.
Where required by law, before immediate access is provided, the customer will be asked to expressly consent to the beginning of supply and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
This does not affect rights relating to defective, inaccessible or incorrectly supplied digital content.
4. Online Courses
Where an online course provides immediate access to digital content, recordings or downloadable materials, the rules applicable to digital content may apply to that part of the purchase.
Where a course or live service has not yet begun, cancellation and refund rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any specific cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Printed Books
For eligible distance purchases of printed books, consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within the period provided by applicable law.
Unless an exception applies, the withdrawal period is generally 14 calendar days from the relevant date determined by law.
The customer should notify GroupEtiq at
admin@groupetiq.org before returning a product.
Returned products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Unless GroupEtiq agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
This does not affect the customer's rights where a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Products
If a printed product arrives damaged or the wrong item is supplied, please contact
admin@groupetiq.org as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
— order information;
— a description of the issue;
— photographs where relevant.
GroupEtiq will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange replacement, refund or another remedy required by applicable law.
7. Corporate Training and Advisory
Corporate training, executive development and advisory engagements may be governed by an individual proposal or agreement.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions for such engagements will be specified in the relevant proposal, invoice or agreement.
Where separately agreed project terms apply, they take precedence over this general Policy for that engagement.
8. Refund Method
Approved card-payment refunds will normally be returned through the payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the procedures of the payment provider and applicable law.
