The intro to International Protocols was great, allowing me access to material that broaden my knowledge and perspectives. The Cross Cultural Communication was my favourite - it not only allowed me to laugh at myself for things that I have been doing wrong without realising it, but also equipped me with the right language - verbal and non-verbal - necessary to conduct myself well, and to quickly build rapport with others. This is particularly useful for those professionals who deal with clients from all works of life, demographics or cultural background; which is everywhere these days.
